We are located off of Highway 141 between Fenton and Arnold, just west of St. Louis. All of our sites are concrete pads with paved Roads. Each lot has Sewer, water, and full electrical Hook-ups (110V, 30 Amp, and 50 Amp)

Rates

Daily Rate: $50

Weekly Rate: $250

Monthly Rates: $650 with $70 cap on electric

Monthly All included site: $695 only on Lavernel Drive

Monthly Pull-Thru Rate: $725 no caps

All Monthly pay $100 Deposit

Amenities

We offer an onsite Laundromat with a clean private restroom and basic WI-FI to our guests for checking email
